I’m T. Aaron Carter. I like the messy middle: the point where ideas are promising, the path is unclear, and somebody has to connect the dots. I bring a broad lens to that work, with a bias toward plain language, good questions, and action that lasts.
I’m based in California’s Central Valley. My work is grounded in the belief that better tools and stronger organizations should ultimately make life better for people.
